Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Be the engine of our outbound pipeline. As an SDR at Skynet, you'll identify and qualify prospects, book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, and master the art of starting conversations about AI transformation with business leaders across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound leads against ideal customer profile criteria and route them to the appropriate Account Executive
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records: log all activities, update lead statuses, and track pipeline metrics in real time
  • Book 8–12 qualified meetings per week for the closing sales team
  • Continuously refine outreach messaging based on response rates, feedback, and market insights

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (SaaS or B2B preferred, but not required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can craft a cold email that actually gets read
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach.io, Lemlist) and CRM platforms
  • Resilient and coachable: you handle rejection well and actively seek feedback to improve
  • Curiosity about AI and technology; you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely interested
