- Edit configuration options per integration
- Test the connection status
Revoking Access

- Upload your IdP metadata XML or enter SSO URL and certificate details manually.
- Optionally enforce SSO-only login for all members.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Require 2FA

- Restrict concurrent sessions per user.
IP Allowlisting
- Define allowed IP ranges or specific addresses.
- Requests from non-allowed IPs are blocked at the authentication layer.
- Useful for office-based or VPN-required environments.
API Key Management
- Generate workspace-scoped API keys for service accounts.
- Assign read-only or read-write permissions per key.
- Set expiration dates and rotate keys regularly.
- View last-used timestamps and revoke compromised keys immediately.
Data and Privacy
Manage how workspace data is retained, exported, and governed.
Memory Controls
Collective memory is governed here alongside everything else. These settings decide what your projects are allowed to keep, not just what they are allowed to read.
- Persistent vs. in-the-moment: For each connected source, choose what Skynet stores in memory against what it only reads at query time and discards. Retention scope is set per source.
- Entry policies: Admins define what enters the company brain. Individual work stays private by default.
- Project-Level Defense: Restrict a sensitive workstream’s memory to named members only. This can exclude organization admins.
- Member controls: Every member can inspect what has been remembered about their work, scope it to specific contexts or timeframes, and delete anything at any time.
- Departures: Knowledge contributed to team or organization layers persists after a member leaves. Only their private individual memory is removed.
Data Retention Policies
- Set automatic deletion rules for deleted projects, trashed items, and activity logs.
- Retention periods vary by plan tier.
- Soft Delete: Items are recoverable for a set window before permanent removal.
Export Options
- Full Workspace Export: Download all projects, files, and metadata as an archive.
- Selective Export: Choose specific projects or date ranges.
- Export formats include structured JSON and human-readable PDF reports.
GDPR Compliance
- Enable Data Processing Agreement toggles if required for your region.
- Manage consent banners for public-facing features.
- Configure Right to Erasure workflows for member data requests.
Audit Logs
- Access a timestamped record of administrative actions: logins, permission changes, exports, and setting modifications.
- Filter by date range, actor, or action type.
- Export audit logs for compliance reviews.
Billing and Plan
Review and manage your workspace subscription.
Current Plan
Displays your active tier (e.g., Starter, Professional, Enterprise).
Seat Usage
Current members versus included seats.
Credit Allocation
AI usage credits or compute minutes included in your billing cycle.
Usage Limits
Hard and soft limits for API calls, storage, and automations.
Plan Changes
Upgrade
Immediate effect; prorated charges apply.
Downgrade
Takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Add-Ons
Purchase additional seats, storage, or compute credits without changing tiers.
Workspace Templates and Defaults
Standardize how new projects and skills are created within your workspace.
Default Skill Templates
- Pre-load the template gallery with skills that all members can clone.
- Lock templates to prevent modification, or allow members to customize copies.

Go to Workspace Settings > Templates & Defaults.
Select the resource type
you want to standardize.

or create new ones.
Toggle Make Default for New Projects
as desired.

Click Delete Workspace.
Enter your workspace name
to confirm.

Best Practices
Follow these recommendations to keep your workspace secure and productive.
Review settings quarterly.
Audit users, integrations, and security policies every three months.
Principle of least privilege.
Assign the lowest role necessary. Use Admin sparingly.
Standardize early.
Set templates and defaults before scaling membership to avoid inconsistency.
Monitor audit logs.
Review login patterns and administrative changes for anomalies.
Document your configuration.
Maintain an internal runbook noting why specific security or retention policies are set.
Test integrations in a sandbox.
If available, validate new connectors on non-critical projects first.
Keep contact information current.
Ensure Owner and Admin email addresses are monitored.
Troubleshooting
Verify you are an Owner or Admin. Check that you have selected the correct workspace from the switcher.
Ask the invitee to check spam folders. Resend the invitation from Users > Invitations. Verify the email address is correct.
Confirm SAML metadata is current. Check clock synchronization between IdP and Skynet. Verify the ACS URL and Entity ID.
The third-party token may have expired. Re-authenticate in Integrations. Review whether the third-party app revoked permissions.
Clear browser cache. Ensure you clicked Publish Changes. Check that the file format and size meet requirements.
Remove inactive users or upgrade your plan. Seats are counted by active and invited members.
Large workspaces may take time to compile. Wait for the email notification. If repeated, contact support with the request ID.
FAQ
Owners and Admins can edit most settings. Some areas, like billing and deletion, are restricted to the Owner only.
No. Workspace deletion is permanent. Export your data before proceeding.
Workspace defaults apply to new members. Existing members keep their personal preferences unless the workspace enforces specific security-related alerts.
Workspace integrations remain connected, but you may lose access to premium connectors or exceed usage limits. Review plan details before downgrading.
Go to Workspace Settings > Users, locate the member, and click Remove. Their seat becomes available immediately. Reassign any owned projects first.
Limits vary by plan. Check Security > API Keys for your current usage and maximum allowed.
Custom roles may be available on Enterprise plans. Contact your account representative for details.
Audit logs are retained within the platform for the period defined by your plan and retention policy. They can be exported at any time by Owners and Admins.
