Data uses
This is a summary of the live Privacy Policy; that page is the source of truth if the two ever diverge.
Do we train on your data?
No. Skynet does not train its models on your prompts, documents, or connected data, on any plan. What you feed Skynet stays inside your own workspace and organization memory; it isn’t used to improve models for other customers. See what makes Skynet different for how this fits into the wider data-ownership story.
What’s collected
- Account information: name, email, organization, and billing details you provide when you sign up.
- Content you submit: prompts, documents, connected data, and anything else you provide to get a response.
- Usage and device data: log data, browser type, and feature usage.
- Information from providers you connect: identity, payment, or connector providers you choose to link to your account.
How it’s used
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including your workspace and collective memory.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Communicate updates, security notices, and support responses.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms.
Where it stays
Your data stays yours. It lives inside your workspace and is used to run Skynet for you, nothing more.
- Infrastructure providers that operate the Service on Skynet’s behalf (hosting, payments) work under confidentiality obligations and act only on our instructions.
- The AI models and connectors you choose to enable act inside your workspace, on your instruction, within the scopes you grant.
- Where applicable law, regulation, or legal process compels disclosure, we comply.
Enterprise data controls
Enterprise customers keep full control over where their data is processed and which connections are permitted. See Enterprise: on your infrastructure and security & compliance.
