Do we train on your data?

No. Skynet does not train its models on your prompts, documents, or connected data, on any plan. What you feed Skynet stays inside your own workspace and organization memory; it isn’t used to improve models for other customers. What’s collected

Account information: name, email, organization, and billing details you provide when you sign up.
Content you submit: prompts, documents, connected data, and anything else you provide to get a response.
Usage and device data: log data, browser type, and feature usage.
Information from third parties: identity, payment, or connector providers you choose to link to your account.

How it’s used

Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including your workspace and collective memory.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Communicate updates, security notices, and support responses.
Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
Comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms of Service.

How it’s shared

Skynet does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with:

Service providers who process data on Skynet’s behalf (hosting, payments, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
Third-party AI models and connectors you choose to enable within your workspace.
A successor, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law.
